Refund Policy

Services

Please note that as stated on my Readings and Aura Healing pages, I do not offer refunds on completed readings and healing sessions or once the session begins. If you request a refund after you have paid and before your session begins, I will refund your payment minus a US $15 administrative fee. This is to cover my costs with exchange rates and for administrative expenses. Refunds are not issued after 60 days of purchase.

By booking a session with me, you are accepting my terms of service.

Refunds on Courses

For the Psychic Awakening course, I have a 365 day guarantee relating to the quality of the course.

I’m so confident that you’ll go from zero to psychic that I’m willing to take the entire risk. Buy the course today. Read it and use the materials. Take as long as 12 full months to work with the material. You will need to do and practise the exercises from start to finish (from chapter 1 right through to chapter 13).

If you are not able to develop your abilities from using and implementing this material, then my policy is to attempt to make it right or else offer a refund. Just send me an email if you are unhappy with the course, I will promptly and courteously offer you a free mentoring session first, to find out what didn’t work for you and see if we can fix it, and if you feel the mentoring session doesn’t fix what is going wrong, a refund will be offered.

The finer points: what this refund policy does and does not cover:

This is not an unconditional policy hence I do not refund in all circumstances.

The refund policy relates to the quality and helpfulness of the course for beginners. My aim is for every beginner student who does this course to succeed, and if you don’t succeed I’ll help you further, or refund you if I cannot help. But it applies only if you are a beginner, have done all the work required, and still can’t make it work for you. If you haven’t done the work and practised all the exercises that need to be practised over a period of 13 weeks, the policy does not apply because no-one develops intuitively without doing the work. The refund policy also does not apply unless we have spoken on the phone and tried to sort out your issue.

Please ensure you definitely want the course when you order because we are not able to give a refund if you change your mind at a later date.

Also ensure the level is right for you before you order. Read the course page and the contents of the program carefully. Get in contact with us if you need more information. This course has been designed for beginners and starts off fairly basic. If you are advanced/intermediate and you sign up but don’t find enough new material, we don’t refund. The onus is on you to weigh it up before you purchase and decide for yourself if there is enough new material here to be of interest to you.

My Professional Intuitive Training & Certification Program is a non-refundable course, as is the Chakra Meditation kit.

Surcharges

For those who pay in installments for the Psychic Awakening course, there is a $10 fee applicable if a payment should bounce twice. This is because the system is 100% automatic and requires no work to maintain. When a payment bounces, it creates admin work for us in terms of chasing up payments, billing and accounting.

The same applies to the Professional Intuitive Training & Certification Program – if a payment bounces more than once, the fee is $25.

Readings Disclaimer

Clients who are in a crisis should see a doctor, financial advisor, lawyer or relevant professional before booking a session. Sessions with Anna are not a substitute for advice or treatment that you would normally receive from a professional such as a lawyer, doctor, psychiatrist, or financial advisor.

All sessions are for personal growth and spiritual purposes.
