Sonia Choquette is fantastic and easily accessible. She doesn't seem to take herself too seriously and isn't prone to ponderous prose:) I suggest ALL of her books actually. Her 'Trust Your Vibes' is stellar. She uses easy practical exercises and she has another one about working with spirit guides (amazon has it I forget the name). She shares actual examples of people she has done readings for (all names, etc confidential of course) to illustrate her point and her style is warm and personable. I say this as someone allergic to the slew of cheesy new agey stuff out there but as someone with an acute interest in learning more. Good recommendations on here.. my Amazon wishlist is even larger now haha.

Personally, I don't recommend William Hewitt's book - it's too short, too general, and to be honest, it doesn't even scratch the surface of psychic development.

For psychic development category, I recommend books by Debra Lynne Katz.

Hi Kelly,

Yes, I read the first book that Michael Newton wrote. I picked it up a couple of years ago, hated it and put it down again. Then picked it up again more recently and enjoyed it. I agree that it was very interesting and as soon as I get a minute I shall add it to this list.

Regarding soul groups, have you read any of Michael Newton's books, specifically Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls? They're accounts of between-lives regressions that he's done for clients, and I found them to be absolutely fascinating. They contain a ton of information about soul groups, and lots of other juicy stuff.

Great Booklist Anna. As you know I love Rose Rosetree too. Shes extremely helpful with empathy. Ive read thousands of books in my time. I love Louise Hay because she was the first book I bought on the subject of healing your life, in the 80s. I also love Byron Katie. I love enegy healing books too, Donna Eden's Energy Medicine was my bible for a while. I also like the course in miracles. I think the Sanaya Roman books are great, particularly Personal Power through Awareness. And i read a great book by Charles L Richards called Karmic Relationships. I also like Brian Weiss, his book about past life healing is great, I think its called many lives many masters. thats just a few off the top of my head.

Kate's last blog.. <a href="http://katestrong.com/blog/?p=184" rel="nofollow">For Women: Is A Man the Centre of Your World?</a>
