Here’s what I can tell you in a career reading:

  • What would be your ideal career?
  • Is your current career right for you? (I can give you a percentage of how much your current career utilizes your strengths and fulfils you)
  • Why did you choose to incarnate and what is your life’s purpose?
  • What are your strengths?
  • What are your soul urges/drives? Which ones do you need to express in your career? (if you don’t express these in your work, you usually end up frustrated and unhappy.)
  • Are you someone who is fulfilled by one career alone or do you need a combination of part time jobs/vocations in order to fulfil all your soul urges?

I will be able to give you detailed, specific information on your strengths; who you are on the soul-level, and how you can express more of this in your career.  A career reading usually takes 30-45 minutes. It begins with me telling you all the different parts which make up your particular life purpose. Then I will put it all together for you and tell you what sort of work would be the best fit for your unique gifts and soul urges.

The more you honour the reason you incarnated, the better life gets.

How to Improve Your Life

I can tune into your chakra system to find out: which areas of life are you neglecting?  Which areas of life need some work?  What are you struggling with?  Which negative beliefs and negative frequencies are sitting at your chakras and affecting the way you think and behave?

I can describe negative frequencies and patterns in great detail and articulate them in ways that make sense.  Nothing vague – I will be able to tell you in a concrete way how these negative patterns affect your behaviour and life.  I can also tell you whether they have their origins in past lives or this lifetime. If they’re from this lifetime, I’ll be able to pinpoint in what stage in your life they have their origins.

Not only that, but we can do clearing around these patterns and I send you some practical homework to do after the session to reprogram your subconscious and change behaviours. You can combine this with a focus on your career or any another life area.

What Is Holding You Back?

If you are frustrated because there is something you want to create, change or finish that has been eluding you for a while, I can tell you why.

I will look at each chakra in turn and pick up on anything sabotaging or any resistance that is centred there and articulate it in a way that makes sense! Not only that, but we can also clear out any blocks in the energetic to your goal and identify actions which will lead you towards your goal.

Decision-Making

Clients sometimes get a reading for clarity when they have a big decision to make and are not sure what they want. Information from Spirit can often help if you have an important decision to make with regards to work, location, etc. It will not tell you what to do BUT will reflect back to you what you are feeling about the different options. Being an empath, I can also feel the effects of your proposed decision on each area of your life, including the pros and the cons.  I will be able to go beyond ‘yes this is a good idea’/ ‘no this is bad idea.’  I’ll be able to tell you how aligned your course of action is with your spirit and true desires.  I’ll usually be able to tell you WHY it is a bad/good idea.

Akashic Record Readings

If you are undergoing a spiritual awakening and want to know who you are as a spiritual being and what is defining about you, I can read your Akashic Record (the best source of information about you, your gifts and your past!). I can tell you about the following aspects of your life purpose and soul:

  • Your energy centre of training (this is a soul training that shows in your Akashic Record. It governs your soul drives and what you bring to others in this lifetime – for example, if you are trained in the energy centre corresponding to the heart chakra, you are likely to have a drive to heal others.)
  • The soul trainings that you have done in between lifetimes and what this means for who you are now.
  • Your soul group of origin – (read this article if you want to ask this question in a reading with me – it serves as a good introduction to the concept so we don’t lose any time explaining it in the reading.)
  • Your primary life lesson for this lifetime – this is often interesting and validating because you attract experiences which allow you to learn this primary life lesson, so you can find out why you attract/choose the experiences you do. And of course learning is a big part of everyone’s life purpose.
  • The roles that you fulfil in this lifetime and other gifts of your soul – such as healer, communicator, relater, psychic, leader, empath, learner, etc.

I’ve had a variety of trainings, so my skill set is varied:

  • I have been trained to read the Akashic Record (which is a source of very specific, detailed information about your soul purpose and strengths), I can also get information from your higher self and spirit guides and know how to read your chakras and energy body. I also teach others how to do all of this.
  • I am an intuitive healer as well as a psychic. I won’t tell you about a problem or imbalance unless I can find the corresponding solution or way to bring balance again. Clients also come away from my sessions with homework – things to work on, book recommendations, sometimes written assignments from their spirit guides.
  • I have learned from Rose Rosetree, who is a teacher of the most effective and thorough cord-cutting technique around, so I offer resolutions to relationships issues through cord-cutting – not just readings on them. (See below for my cord cutting sessions.)
  • I am also an expert in psychic development and teach this subject to students, so I can answer your questions about that too.
  • Although people often hire me predominantly for life purpose and career questions, I can answer questions on any life area, including relationships and health.

What I don’t do: I can answer questions about the energetic root causes of health issues but I don’t diagnose illness. I don’t do mediumship (this is not my specialty because to date I’ve only connected with a handful of deceased people) nor do I predict your future. But I can tell you where you’re likely to end up if you continue on the path you’re currently on.

Non-Judgment

Without wanting to sound trite, life isn’t always easy. I won’t tell you that you attracted your misfortunes or that it’s your karma. Nor will I tell you to cheer up or quote inspirational authors at you :D We’ll focus on what you CAN do about it in a concrete way (like cut cords, change patterns, situations and thinking) in order to empower you. You won’t be dumping on me if you book a session because you are going through a hard time. It doesn’t work like that for me!

Cut Cords of Attachment

When you have a significant relationship with someone, a connection is created between your aura and their aura. This connection is a bond of unconditional love and it contains all the learnings of your relationship. By contrast, a Cord of attachment is a structure which connects your aura to another person’s aura, except it is a negative attachment.

Through this cord of attachment, negative energies and patterns flow between you and affect your aura for the rest of your life. Past-life and Purpose Reading

This is the famous past-life and purpose reading – the most popular one since I started giving readings 3 years ago.

For this reading, I read your Akashic Record and consult with your Spirit guides.

This reading takes a holistic look at your soul’s purpose, gifts and any blockages which affect you across all life areas. It’s also the most comprehensive reading that I offer (75 minutes long).

You might like to book this reading if…

1. You are in the middle of a spiritual awakening or on the spiritual path. You’ve become (or are becoming) aware of yourself as a spiritual being and maybe everything is changing for you. You desire some more self-knowledge – you want to know who you are as a spirit – what is defining about you, which energies do you bring and what are your soul gifts, so that you can bring this into your life more fully.

2. You want to locate and shed any negative energy that is stopping you from creating the life you want, in addition to having the above information.

This 75 minute reading is split into 3 sections:

Section one – General Soul Purpose, Gifts and Past-Life History:

This section – your ‘soul profile’ – reminds you of who you are as a spirit and helps you to understand your spiritual background, so that you can bring who you are (energies, qualities and gifts) more fully into all life areas.

  • During which periods of this planet’s history have you incarnated?
  • Where was your very first incarnation?

    • - Your soul group of origin – (read this article to find out what that is and what to expect.)

  • What you have been doing in between lifetimes on Earth – which spiritual trainings or “careers” have you had between lifetimes and how does this affect your interests and gifts?
  • Which spiritual traditions and religions have you participated in, in the past and how did they affect your path?
  • How your soul origins and past spiritual trainings affect your sense of purpose
  • What is your role as a spirit/ your soul’s ‘theme’? For example, are you a leader, a teacher, a healer, a supporter, an inspirer, an intuitive, a relater, an explorer, a protector? (to name a few possibilities)
  • Which energetic qualities do you bring into the physical? Some I’ve encountered include: compassion, truth and integrity, peace, loyalty, abundance, harmony.
  • What is your primary life lesson? (this goes a long way to explain which experiences you choose in your life) What lessons are you here to teach others indirectly and directly?
  • How many Spirit Guides there are in your inner circle.
  • How connected you are to your Higher Self.
  • Which intuitive ‘vehicle’ is most developed for you – out of clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience and claircognizance.

Section Two – Clearing of negative energy:

This part of the reading is like a ‘life review’.

I can see any negativity which is still in your energy body from the past (old patterns of thought and emotion that do not serve you) and we can release this. This part of the reading also checks for past-life negative patterns or energy which keep you attracting the same situations over and over again, or which have you living in a state of inhibition, stuckness or fear.

On a deep level, the past-life reading can explain why you’re not experiencing the degree of well-being, prosperity, empowerment, happiness, confidence or inner peace that you want, or why you’re self-sabotaging and holding yourself back. Following this clearing, some clients have also experienced a lot of change in old behavioural patterns – emotional/mental, including self-criticism, worry, guilt, anger or anxiety because this reading gave them the perspective needed to move on from those patterns.

I focus on de-activating and clearing: Past-life pacts or commitments, contracts and unhealthy energetic connections which bind you to people and past events unnecessarily and keep you stuck in old patterns.

I also check for inappropriate (unjustified) karma, portalways (energetic ‘doorways’ in your subconscious), which are causing ‘bleedthrough’ from previous lifetimes. I check for past-life vows which keep you bound to inappropriate or unfulfilling ways of living; imprints from traumatic experiences and many more.

Every reading is different but you will definitely have at least four different types of blockage showing in your Akashic Record.

In addition, I check for damage to or imbalances in your energy body (chakras) and we release all blocks together and address the areas of imbalance to allow you to move forward in all life areas with a renewed sense of purpose, greater energy and motivation.

Negative energy in your energy field is like ‘baggage’ that you are carrying around with you and this affects the energetic ‘signature’ that you broadcast to the universe. You attract according to the frequencies which collectively make up your energetic signature.

Section Three – Ask your Higher Self and Spirit Guides

In the final part of the session (there is usually 15-25 minutes left for this section), clients use to get answers regarding any issues or situations which went unaddressed in section two. Sometimes clients use this time to find out who their Spirit Guides are, many clients ask about their strengths in career and which sort of career would be right for them (this is an area that I am good at reading for you and have had a lot of success with in the past). Please note that for this section, I will not predict your future as we will focus on empowerment, not prediction.

Important Information and FAQ

Please Read this FAQ section Before Booking a Session:

Clients who are in crisis should remember to do the practical things first, such as see a doctor, lawyer, therapist, etc., before ordering a session.


1. What is my date of birth needed for? What happens to my personal information after a session?

All questions relating to confidentiality are answered on my privacy policy page. There is information in here about session recordings, personal details and confidentiality (suffice to say, everything is kept confidential). By booking a reading you agree to my privacy policy. You are also agreeing to my legal policy.

2. Can I order a session with you as a gift to someone or for a family member?

I love it when people refer their friends and relatives. But if you’re ordering on their behalf, do make sure that (1) the person you’re buying for knows about it and (2) the person wants the reading.

3. What’s your cancellation and refund policy?

I do not give refunds on completed readings for any reason.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know 24 hours before your appointment and we can find another time and day. If you cancel without 24 hours notice please note that I am unable to reschedule/refund you as it is too late for me to organize another client to take your time slot.

If I ring your number at the scheduled time and you are not there, I will try again a few times more. If I can’t get in touch with you in the way that we arranged within 10 mins of your appointment time, I usually conclude that you are not going to show up. I don’t refund you or reschedule if you forget or miss your appointment.

4. Can I ask follow-up questions by email after the reading?

Please make sure you get all your important questions and issues answered during the reading, as I cannot tune back in afterwards – to tune in again afterwards takes time and energy and is the equivalent of doing a second reading. If more questions come up for you after the reading, feel free to book another one.

5. Should I do anything in particular to prepare for my reading?

6. I just had a reading with you and asked questions about my spouse. Is it OK if my spouse books a reading too?

It is best not to book a reading for your husband/wife if we have discussed your relationship/your spouse in your reading. This is simply because when I read for one half of a couple, they sometimes tell me confidential things that are not meant to be passed on to their other half. Then if their husband/wife books a reading, and asks their spirit guides a question I personally might already know the answer to, it interferes with the intuitive process. If you’d like to book a reading for your other half, but have already had a reading with me yourself, please email me and I will send you a list of recommended professional intuitives that I have used myself.

Please note that I do not read for two halves of a couple who are in the process of breaking up, separating or divorcing. I will read for either partner, but I do not read for both, for the reasons given above.

7. Do you do readings for people under eighteen?

At this time I only work with people over the age of eighteen.

8. What is the average wait time for a reading?

Please check the top of this page to find out what the current wait time is. Sometimes the wait time is a few days and sometimes it’s up to 8-9 days.

9. Can I organize a slot now and pay later?

I don’t get my calendar out until you book your reading. Due to my heavy readings schedule, appointments are only confirmed upon payment. Please check the wait time above to find out how long you’ll wait for a reading.

10. Can I pay by cheque or another method?

At the moment I only take payment through my website.

11. Will I definitely get a recording of my session?

Please note that recordings are optional extras and I do not guarantee that you will get one (sometimes computers do funny things!) 9 times out of 10, the recordings work though. If you have the equipment for recording conversations, then feel free to do so (as a back-up). I also recommend that clients take notes in the event of not receiving a recording.

12. Do you do in-person readings?

Not at this time – (I live in small-town New Zealand.) I’m pretty sure you don’t live around here ;-)


13. How much is a reading in British Pounds/Euros/Australian dollars?

I charge in US dollars.

So that you know how much you’re paying, here’s an approximate calculation of how much my readings are in different currencies. Please note, this is according to the website www.xe.com/ucc and you may need to give or take a few dollars either way (or check for yourself on www.xe.com/ucc) because the exchange rate does fluctuate. The exchange rates here are accurate as of 15th March 2010.

14. I’m a skeptic. Do you do readings for people who don’t believe in all this stuff? Can you give me proof of your psychic abilities before I book?

I am including this question here because occasionally people send me emails asking this. The answer is no. I believe that reading for true, hardcore skeptics is a waste of time because no matter how much proof you provide, it is never enough. I do this work partly because I enjoy it. I like working with people who are open-minded and not defensive. I don’t expect you to trust me 100% before I read for you (I know I don’t trust people 100% until I get to know them) but if you are suspicious of psychics or suspect I’m not for real (and won’t be going in with an open mind) please don’t book a reading. It will be unpleasant for me as a reader and you as a skeptic won’t come out of the experience happy.

15. Why don’t you predict the future?

In my experience, the very best way for you to predict your future is to decide what you want, and commit to creating it.

I used to read for a lot of clients who were asking questions like:

  • Who is my soul mate and when is he coming?
  • What will happen if I marry this guy?
  • Will I ever have X, Y and Z?

    • They wanted answers and assurances and comfort. Is that a bad thing? No. I have asked those things in readings myself.

    The thing is, I’ve noticed that the answers from the guides tend not to be the answers those people want to hear.

    For example, if you ask a question like ‘where is my soul mate and when is he coming?’, your spirit guides are more likely to tell you what you can tweak in yourself to become a better vibrational match for a suitable life partner, because it’s more useful and empowering information to have – knowing that information and APPLYING it draws a potential life partner to you.

    Getting a prediction for when he might turn up doesn’t necessarily draw him to you.

    But you know what, for some reason, not everyone wants that empowering and useful information.

    Some people would rather hear that Mr Perfect is on his way and they’d better be ready at 5.46pm on 3rd March of next year and looking nice because they’ll bump into him at the grocery store. That’d be great info to have.

    But, the thing is…if you want information about a future you’re not actively taking action to create, you MIGHT be wasting your time getting a reading.

    Your spirit guides and higher self deal in empowerment, not assurances of when something will come, or predictions. Your future is in your hands, and is mostly created through your actions, habits and attitudes. So in these sessions, there is a heavy focus on empowerment – and we will utilize intuitive guidance and work with strategic action to help you create what you want.

    16. Can you guarantee that my life will change after a session?

    I think this goes without saying…BUT I’m saying it anyway!…I don’t ‘fix’ you, can’t change your life for you or make you take action – your healing and empowerment is within your control and I will provide the space and spirit will provide you with the perspective needed to create change and obviously you take responsibility for the action-taking part if it’s needed! You can take the information and run with it. Or not. It’s up to you!

    17. What is your availability for sessions during the week/weekend?

    I do sessions weekdays from 4.30pm onwards (New Zealand time) and weekends during the day.

    Here’s my availability in various time zones during the week:

    EST – Early morning (weekdays) or 8pm onwards on Friday and Saturday evenings.

    PST - 9pm onwards on weekday evenings or 5pm onwards on Fridays and Saturdays

    Eastern Australia time – Early afternoon (2.30pm) onwards most days

    UK time – 6am-9.30am on weekdays. Evening times (9pm, 10pm) available on weekends.

    Central European time (France, Spain, Germany, etc) – 7am -10.30am on weekdays, Late evening times available on weekends.

    Singapore/China time – 1pm-5pm weekdays, 6am-4pm on weekends.


    18. Do you ever do discounted/free readings?

    No, not at this time. If your budget is very small, email me via the contact form and I can send you the website address of a trusted colleague who charges around $50 for a half hour reading. He’s a good intuitive and a lovely person – I’ve worked with him myself.


    19. Is it all right if I order a joint reading? By this I mean that I’d like to listen in on my friend’s/husband’s reading, with their permission, and they’d like to be present for mine.

    Please make sure that there is no-one else present in the room (or listening) while I read for you – that includes other people, and pets. The reading is meant to be a dialogue between you and your sources of guidance and if you involve other people, it can ‘dilute’ the energy of the session. If there are two people who are simultaneously receiving the information that is meant for one person, it can interfere with the two-way dialogue and I may pick up information that is meant for the other person. I’ve had that happen before (and it gets confusing). So for this reason, I don’t do readings in public or in the company of friends or loved ones. Although feel free to send the recording to a loved one, after the session, if you want to.
