How do I book a session?

Visit my readings page and choose the service which most suits you. Then pay through Paypal. When you order, you will be given a link to download a PDF file. This file will tell you how to prepare for your session and also which information (such as your name, date of birth, time zone, etc.) I will need to do your reading. Once you have sent that to me, I will reply to schedule with you.

Do you do readings for people overseas?

Yes. Almost all of the clients I read for live overseas (i.e. outside of New Zealand). I phone all international clients providing they have a land line phone number. I’m not able to call international cell phones.

I don’t have a landline phone. Can I still get a reading with you?

If you do not have a land line, we can do the reading over Skype – you can download Skype on www.skype.com (you will also need to buy a headset if you don’t have one already.)

Alternatively, if you don’t want to use Skype, you can call my New Zealand land line.


Do you need to have any background information about me for the reading to be successful?

No, most clients don’t tell me anything about themselves. They just send me their full name, date of birth and place of birth. I prepare the entire reading in advance and usually spend the first 30-50 minutes of the reading relaying the information I find.

How do you receive psychic information?

I draw information from three sources: your Higher Self, Spirit guides and the Akashic Records. I receive this information mostly through claircognizance, I am also clairaudient, clairvoyant, and clairsentient.

Why do you need my name, date of birth and place of birth to do my reading?

When clients book a reading, I ask them to send me their full name at birth, full name now, date of birth and place of birth. I use this information to locate your Akashic Record.

Can I have a recording of my session?

If we do the reading via Skype, I can record your session and send you a digital recording. (You can download Skype on www.skype.com) Alternatively, I can also ring your landline phone using Skype and record the session that way. Occasionally the quality of the line has been poor on a long-distance call, so I cannot guarantee a perfect recording, although usually they turn out OK.

Can I have an e-mail report instead of a phone reading?

I’m afraid not – I decided to discontinue the email reports for the following reasons:

1. Email reports are very time-consuming to do. My email reports were around 10 pages long (single-spaced), sometimes longer, and it often took 3 or 4 hours just to write them and put together (and that’s not including the time it takes to collect the information). The same information that might take 3-4 hours to collect and put together in an email report can be conveyed in a phone reading in one hour.

2. Email reports often touched on issues that clients wanted to ask follow-up questions about and this would create a back-and-forth of questions and answers that could take an hour or more – this was not an effective use of time as I’d often also have to tune back into the client’s Akashic Record/Spirit guide to find more information.

On the other hand, live phone readings work really well for both reader and sitter because they allow for further questions and clarification in the moment and do not require me to tune back in for further guidance/information at a later date.

Does the photo have to be a recent one?

When you book a reading with me, I will ask you to send me a recent photo of yourself which clearly shows your eyes and face. Please do try to send a photo that was taken within the last 2-3 years.

What’s your refund/cancellation policy?

No refunds are given after a session has taken place. If I call you at the scheduled time, and you are not there, I won’t be able to issue a refund, so please make sure you write our scheduled time and day in your diary or somewhere else that will remind you.

If you get ill and can’t make your appointment, please just let me know as soon as possible and we can reschedule.

Is our conversation kept confidential?

Yes. Any information disclosed in a reading with me is never shared with any third parties. If I would like to use your story (such as an interesting past-life story) in a blog post (without sharing your identity), I will contact you to request permission, but I will not share any such information about you without your express permission.

Will you predict my future?

If you ask me to make a prediction during your reading, I may or may not be able to give you an answer, depending on what it is you’re asking me to predict, so please bear this in mind. This article about predictions explains why.

Can I book a slot now and pay later?

I ask that clients pay before the session as I typically do around one hour’s preparation before your reading. Once you’ve placed your order, we can organize a day and time to talk.

Can I order a session with you as a gift to someone or for a family member?

If you do this, please do make sure that (1) the person you’re buying for knows about it and (2) the person wants the reading. There’s nothing more awkward than reading for someone who is not interested in spiritual guidance and has had it forced upon them by a well-intentioned friend or relative!
