I can see and hear spirits its really scary I don’t want to go through this no more at all I’m only 13 years old I wanna live a normal life some one I beg you please help I can’t sleep or do anything normal no more.

Thanks for the advice. I have tried that. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Part of the problem is when I see them, it is usually when I first wake up, its so frightening to wake up and have someone be there, waiting to talk to you, or worse, just stare at you before fading away. Sometimes I wonder if I need to see a doctor, because some of the things I see are not human spirits. There is a diffrence between seeing spirits and being downright crazy. I am wondering, how do you tell if your crazy, without the help of a doctor? Most doctors are not spiritual and will assume Im crazy, which is why I have not been to one. I have come to a conclusion, either I am going to turn out to be a powerful medium, or a crazy person who needs help.

Elyse – I visualize the chakras as being like flat discs (about the size of a CD) spinning around a pole that runs from the centre of the top of my head, right down through my body. When they are open, they are about 1-2 metres outside of you. To bring them in, you use the power of your intention to just see the chakras get smaller and smaller, some people like to see them as lotuses closing the petals. It makes no difference how you do it – the intention is what matters.

Justice – the same principles apply as what I have written about in this article. You may also want to inform those beings that you do not wish to see them and to leave you alone. Ignore them, stop feeding this issue any energy and see what happens.

I came to this website because I have a problem. I cannot turn off seeing spirits and interdimensional beings to the point that I think I might be going crazy. Can anyone give me any advice about how to turn seeing spirits off? They rarely tell me anything useful that I can help them with, or anything that is useful to me, their just there, usually when I first wake up in the morning.

Since I found your webpage a short while ago, I’d been hoping you’d write on exactly this topic! Not knowing how to shut myself off is what keeps me from wanting to develop myself psychically. I wonder if you might explain more about how to visualize chakras closing in your mind’s eye. Do you simply visualize the colors disappearing?

THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT. Thank you, Anna. I just discovered the truth of it the hard way… And am still recovering from a very nasty, scary bump… I stupidly ignored all the messages around me pointing to balance, perhaps thinking I was immune. I even had Ken Wilber’s book “Integral Life Practice” sitting by my bedside!! I hope everyone who reads this will really take it to heart and apply it to their lives.
