Courses


I ordered one of your courses but haven’t received an email about it? How do I access my materials?

When you sign up for a course, we send out an email which contains a link so that you can access the materials. The subject line of this email is ‘Welcome’. We send that link to the email address linked to your PayPal account. So make sure you check the email address your PayPal account is linked to.

Also remember to check your spam folder. If you did not see the ‘welcome’ email, the likelihood is that it ended up in your spam/junk folder (this happens frequently).

If you’ve checked the email linked to your PayPal account AND your spam folder and you still can’t find the email we sent, please send us an email at support at psychicbutsane.com. If you placed the order with a different PayPal email address/name than the one you’re using to write to us, please let us know the email address and name too.


I ordered a course and am having issues downloading the file(s). What do I do?

Here are some tips to help you download the files:

Make sure that you right-click (or option+click if your computer doesn’t allow you to right-click) on the link you get sent. If you left-click on the file’s link, the file will open in your internet browser which doesn’t always work properly. When you right-click (or option+click) on the file’s link, you’ll be able to choose “Save As,” or “Save File As” from the options menu, then you can save it to your computer and open it once you’ve done that.

If you have tried the above and are still having issues:

• Try clearing your cache, then return to the download link and try again. You can find out how to do this here if you are unsure: How to Clear Your Browser’s Cache. Clearing the cache often solves downloading issues.

Still having trouble?

• Try a different internet browser. If you are using Firefox, try Chrome or IE and vice versa. That sometimes solves the issue.

• Make sure you are giving the file enough time to download – some of the audio files are rather large and will take a while to download depending on the speed of your internet connection

• Try downloading the files at different times of day – some people have had issues downloading in the evening (presumably because more people are online at that time.)

If you are still having no joy, please email us at support at psychicbutsane.com and let us know where the download is getting stuck (any error messages you see etc.) and we will try to help.


I don’t want to use Paypal. Can I pay for one of your courses by cheque/Western Union?

At the moment I only accept payment through PayPal or credit card. You can also order the courses without a PayPal account, using your credit card. You will just need to click on the part where it says ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’ (see the graphic below)

Please note that this does not work if you wish to pay for the Psychic Awakening course or the Professional Intuitive Training Program in instalments. These subscriptions must be paid for with a PayPal account.


What is your cancellation and refund policy for courses?

For the Psychic Awakening course, I have a 365 day guarantee relating to the quality of the course and the benefit that you will derive from it.

I’m so confident that you’ll benefit from the Psychic Awakening course that I’m willing to take the entire risk. Buy the course today. Read it and use the materials. Take as long as 12 full months to work with the material. You will need to do the exercises from start to finish (from chapter 1 right through to chapter 13).

If you do not gain any benefits from using and implementing this material, then my policy is to attempt to make it right or else offer a refund. Just send me an email if you are unhappy with the course, I will promptly and courteously offer you a free mentoring session first, to find out what didn’t work for you and see if we can fix it, and if you feel the mentoring session doesn’t fix what is going wrong, a refund will be offered. I have not needed to refund anyone for this reason to date and I am confident we can fix whatever is wrong.

Please ensure you definitely want the course when you order because we are not able to give a refund if you change your mind or if your situation changes.

My Professional Intuitive Training & Certification Program is a non-refundable course, as is the Chakra Meditation kit.


Do you charge in New Zealand or US dollars?

I am based in NZ but charge in US dollars as many of my clients/students are based in the US.

When you check out, PayPal will automatically convert the amount to your currency.


I just ordered something – is there a time limit as to when I have to complete your course?

There are no time limits to starting the program.


When will the Professional Intuitive Training Program, level two come out?

The program will come out in 2013.


How do I train to be a professional intuitive like you?

I would recommend choosing a professional intuitive whose work you resonate with, and train with him/her. I offer a professional training program here and would love to teach you:

Can you tell me what kind of session to have?

Please read all my session pages thoroughly to get an idea of which session can help you in your situation. If you book a session and I feel you’ve booked the wrong session for your situation, I will tell you.

Please note that as stated on my Readings and Aura Healing pages, I do not offer refunds on completed readings and healing sessions or once the session begins. If you request a refund after you have paid and before your session begins, I will refund your payment minus a US $15 administrative fee. This is to cover my costs with fluctuating exchange rates (as I charge in US dollars but this is not my functional currency) and also for administrative expenses. Refunds are not issued after 60 days of purchase.

Please check the top of the aura healing or readings pages to find out.

I am diligent about updating this on a daily/weekly basis so it is usually up to date and correct.


Can you communicate with my deceased relative/loved one for me, or can you teach me how to do this myself?

I am not able to help with this. Instead you will need to contact a medium, who specializes in connecting with the dead. A psychic/intuitive is not the same as a medium. I am a psychic but not a medium.

I am struggling in life, and I need some advice and help from you. Can you please help?

I am sorry that you are struggling. I sympathize. :( Life can sometimes get tough and only the bravest souls incarnate here, for sure.

When I was doing my degree, I learned an interesting phrase in Spanish, that stuck with me over the years (unlike the other stuff I learned): ‘Dios aprieta pero no ahoga’. It means: ‘God squeezes but doesn’t choke.’ In my experience, we can find the strength to meet whatever challenges come up for us, and those that we can’t meet with some kind of strength, won’t happen. So I truly believe that if your soul has chosen something that feels really challenging and hard, it’s because you can get through it.

I am only able to offer advice during sessions. The reason I don’t offer advice outside of sessions is because I get dozens of messages every week from people who need help, and it’s not humanly possible for me to respond thoughtfully to these messages AND work with my clients and students, and continue to create courses.

I would love to work with you in a one-on-one session.
